Youth Group Tic-Tac: The Youth Group Tic-Tac scheduled for today has been changed to March 28^th and will include a farewell for Holly McCarty.

Mission’s committee meeting Next Sunday at 4:00 pm, the Mission’s Committee will be having its monthly meeting.

Hospitality:  Open to Guest This 4-part series, based on Alexander Strauch’s book, The Hospitality Commands, begins April 15 at 7:00 p.m. As part of our call to grow in our Lord, we seek to offer you an opportunity to know God’s Word in all areas. This series is an extension of the Ladies Bible Study; we welcome all women to attend, as well as bring friends! This study will take place the first and third Thursday evening of April and May, in the SCCS home ec room, concluding May 20^th . Karyn Basolo will be teaching this series. The book cost is $6.00 and can be ordered with your RSVP to Karyn, (karyn41@sbcglobal.net).

Theology For Breakfast or Dessert? Pastor Scott is preparing to begin the second session of our theology studies and is considering both morning and evening time slots.  If you are interested, please speak to him as to which would work best for you as we prepare to begin in the next few weeks.

Church Budget Committee will meet at 4:00 on Sunday, March 28^th for our first of two meetings regarding the church budget for fiscal year 2010-11.  If you have interest in attending or have input, please see Pastor Scott.

Jr. High/High School Ensemble Heather Harstad has started a Jr.High/High School musical ensemble that will sing multiple times throughout the year and will perform a variety of musical styles.  Practice will be every other Sunday evening for 30 minutes following the evening service.  The next practice is next Sunday evening.

Ladies Spring Luncheon What a joy to partake in the fellowship of the Body of Christ! We are excited to have guest speaker, Barbara Cameron, share her story of God’s grace in her life. Barbara is the mother of Kirk Cameron, (Growing Pains), and Candace Cameron, (Full House).  Barbara, as well as her grown children, serve the Lord in active ministries that glorify our Lord, as well as share the good news of what He has done in each of their lives. We encourage you to bring your friends and “young lady” daughters.  Tickets $12.50; (16 years of age and under are $10.00 for SCBC family). It was wonderful to have the Mollica family with us two weeks ago.    Praise and prayer requests:

• Praise God for the recent partnership in ministry with the Whitman family in Perugia, Italy and for the increase of their monthly support.
• Pray that they would be able to depart for Italy by late summer and for the Lord to use them in their stateside ministry as they visit many different churches in the next two months.
• Pray for the Lord to prepare the hearts of those they will evangelize.
