3. RSS and Google Calendar Feed Links in the column to the right — Just below the theme picture are the RSS feed links. A little bit farther down, below the events list, is a link to google calendar to subscribe to it using your google calendar. There is also a google calendar link located on the calendar view discussed in step 1.

We welcome Dr. Tom Halstead as our speaker this morning. Dr. Halstead served as an Associate Pastor at Grace Community Church for ten years before coming to The Master’s College as a full-time professor in the Bible department. He led a missions team in the summer of 1990 to the Soviet Union and also to India in 2001, 2005, and 2007. He went to New Zealand with a missions team in 1998, 1999, and 2002, to Albania in 2003, and Japan in 2004, 2005, and 2007. Dr. Halstead is an adjunct professor for the Center for Professional Studies at TMC. He has three married children; Holly, who lives in Fort Worth; Christopher, who lives in Phoenix; and Heather, who lives in Delhi, India. Dr. Halstead also has six grandchildren.

Wednesday Night Bible Study – There will be no Wednesday night adult Bible study May 14 or 21. It will resume on May 28.

Come join with SCCS for a time of fellowship as we say good-bye to Mr. Duncan as administrator of SCCS. Come by any time on Friday, May 23rd, from 6:00-8:00pm in the CLC. Please RSVP for the reception by calling the church office by Friday, May 16th.

GAP Split Sunday School – For the next 3 weeks the GAP will be splitting up for Sunday School: the GAP women will be meeting in Room 220, led by Keara Trepanier, and the GAP men will be meeting in the usual Sunday school class location. The topic will be Biblical manhood and womanhood.

Church Camp-Out – Plan now to join us at our annual SCBC Camp-Out at Flying Flags RV Resort in Buellton, California the weekend of June 27-29, 2008. Both tenting and hook-up sites are available! Activities include: great fellowship, family camping, worship time, swimming, large grass area, hiking, golf, shopping in Solvang, Split Pea Anderson’s, biking and more. We are excited to have Mr. Trevor Wallis of The Master’s College speaking in both the morning and evening services. Mr. Wallis has served as a senior pastor for churches in Washington and Montana and is a frequent guest speaker for local churches. As Vice President of Information Services for The Master’s College, Mr. Wallis directs all computer and information systems activities at The Master’s College, and also regularly teaches theology in the CPS program. He and his wife Carolyn have five children. Please join us again tonight as he speaks from Daniel 5: “The Last Bash in Babylon.”

The Master’s College Women’s Chamber Choir will be with us during this evening’s service. Come prepared to be blessed by their music.

GAP Gathering! There will be a Gap Gathering this evening after the worship service at Chris and Janelle Sonnenburg’s home: 25864 Alegro Drive, Valencia.
