Youth Ministries (Thursday Nights at 7pm)
We are excited to be ministering to the families and teens in our church and community. We endeavor to build godly character by clearly teaching the truth of God’s Word and practically applying these truths to the world our young people live in. We also hope to create a social atmosphere of true unity and fellowship where lasting and deep relationships can flourish.
Please take a moment to look over the church calendar so you don’t miss out on any of our planned activities. We understand if you cannot make it to everything offered; do the best you can and learn early that life will usually not allow you to do all that you would like to do. Keep up with all of your other responsibilities, and join us for as many of our activities as your schedule allows. You honor God as you faithfully take care of your duties with a willing heart, doing everything to the best of your ability because you are doing it for your Savior. Make God a priority and discipline yourself to follow hard after Him!!

Santa Clarita Christian School
In 1982, Santa Clarita Baptist Church founded Santa Clarita Christian School, a K-12 traditional school with high spiritual and academic goals. Through the years, SCCS has grown into a fully accredited college preparatory school with a strong reputation in the community for spiritual growth, academic excellence, and character development. There is a high demand for entrance that results in full classes and waiting lists on almost every grade level. We believe that the most effective education occurs when the home, school and church are all in agreement and share common goals. SCCS loves to work closely with Christian families that agree with our philosophy, doctrine, and educational goals. The following list highlights the special aspects of SCCS:
- Offers a complete K-12 program with a student body of 600.
- Provides small class sizes with dedicated Christian teachers who hold college degreees and are trained to be professionals that serve as Godly role-models for the students.
- Uses the finest of Christian curriculum materials available.
- Follows selective admissions policies that result in a student body that comes from good Christian families who support high standards of conduct and high expectations for spiritual and academic growth.
- Offers extracurricular opportunities in music, speech, drama and interscholastic sports.
- Provides modern, air-conditioned classrooms with technology centers.
- Accredited by the Association of Christian Schools International and the Western Association of Schools and Colleges.
- Achieves high scores by students on national standardized achievements tests and college entrance exams.
- Does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national or ethnic origin.
If we can be of service to you in the education of your children, with a Christian worldview, please call us at 661-252-7371. We would love to work with you to see your children strive for academic excellence and grow in the Lord as students here at SCCS.
